Need an Official Record?
Choose the Clay County or Georgia office that created and maintains the requested record:
- Arrest, booking, warrant, and inmate information: use the Clay County Sheriff's Office for records it holds
- Felony court files: call the Clay County Superior Court clerk or review the criminal court case record process
- Incident and police reports: request the report from the law-enforcement agency that created it
- Georgia criminal histories: follow Georgia Crime Information Center procedures through GBI or a participating local agency
- Fingerprint processing: use Georgia Applicant Processing Service when an authorized process supplies a service code
- Record restriction and court sealing: follow the applicable prosecutor, arresting-agency, GCIC, and court route under Georgia law
